It's like giving someone your favorite food, but it's a food they dislike or hate; so it won't have the same effect as giving them something they would love.

For anyone to believe in what you say, it requires faith
When you give the impression that you will do something, it's already a promise...
It doesn't matter how big or small the issue is... When you break that promise - trust is broken.
